Many gyms are closed due to coronavirus concerns, but that doesn’t mean you should stop do exercise at home. Here are some free Instagram workouts to use.
Coming up with ways to exercise at home can be tricky on your own, and it can be hard to add variety in the mix. Being stuck inside due to coronavirus fears can be challenging, and that’s especially true if you’re used to doing regular workouts. Luckily, you don’t have to stop exercising because you’re staying at home—there are plenty of at-home workouts you can do. Luckily, many companies are offering up Instagram Live workouts you can do from home. Here are some of the best options to check out.
Rumble’s boxing-inspired workouts have a decidedly fun vibe. They account features 30 minute workouts on Instagram Live, and then IGTV. Rumble shares class times in advance on Instagram.
The activewear brand Bandier is having a variety of instructors host different classes each day on Instagram Live at 4 p.m. EST. Instructors get that most people don’t have access to equipment right now, so workouts use no equipment or things like reusable water bottles as weights
The Instagram accounts for these sibling publications aren’t messing around with exercising at home. Men’s Health is offering daily workouts and challenges for people, while Women’s Health features classes twice a day on Instagram live for 15 to 30 minutes each class, and most require just a chair and a towel.
Love dancing? Forward Space has got you covered with “digital dance parties” that feature an instructor and music. Each class debuts on Instagram Live at 2:05 p.m. and lasts for about 30 minutes.
Barry’s Bootcamp isn’t messing around with these workouts. The company takes the same intense approach to workouts on Instagram as it does in its gyms. The 20-minute workouts are shared twice a day on Instagram Live, and you can check them out again later on IGTV.
Led by the New York City-based gym of the same name, this account offers up 30 minute classes on Instagram Live that focus on a variety of things, like strength training, barre, and cardio. Classes are later shared on IGTV.
Equinox is taking a more gentle approach to at-home workouts. The gym chain is offering up meditation and yoga classes daily on Instagram Live.
